Tfg *****ulent account

I am writing this review to share the very bad service and experience i received from *** . I called about an account that was *****ulently opened with my identity number with sneaker factory . I was made aware of this when I received a call from the attorneys (mbd)notifying me that the case has been handed over to them , due to the account being in arrears and I have to settle it. Kindly note that this was my first time hearing about a store called "sneaker factory "

I contacted *** department and requested for all account details and till date they have not provided any information that stipulates all my personal details as proof of myself being the account holder. *** za only provided me with the account statement, that is NOT in my name and/ or address.

I have been to the police station several times with the information they have provided to me. ( statement of the account) and I was advised that the information does not suffice as evidence to open a case.

This has prolonged for far to long and has caused me emotional distress.
