TFG (TotalSports) Incompetence
I am so disappointed with the customer service at TFG! I ordered an item on the 30th of June and to this day I haven’t received my order. Nobody bothered to answer phone calls or emails. I eventually went in store and got told that my order was cancelled and I would be refunded for the item. I am so upset because I had purchased something rare that I won’t find ANYWHERE now.
Do better.
