TFG ( TotalSports Brits Mall)

Went to TotalSports Brits Mall last week Friday 21/02/2025 to purchase a new smartphone Samsung A25 Via PayJoy. The PayJoy agent wanted a down-payment of R1290, and TotalSports (Brits Mall) wanted a down-payment of R1070. Since the two did not correspond the PayJoy agent insisted I pay R1290 and I did; Only for TotalSports to say that the transaction can't go through as their system wants a down-payment of R1070.

I have already paid R1290, Totalsports store Assistant (Nkosi) said that they will reverse my funds within 24 hours and I should get them by Monday till today I haven't received a single cent, today is 25/02/2025. Please Help; what can I do to get my funds back as I really need to purchase a new phone.
