TFG ******* and despicable customer services

I Bought a phone on the 24/12/2018 and after week that i have been using the phone it stopped working and i took it back and they advised it will be sent for repairs and no communication until i followed up with them and was advised that the store responsible ( the FIX ) have the lost the receipt hence the repaire cannot assist ui tried calling including the complaints department but i have been sent from pillar to post and the last straw was whn i called the Branch manger of the Fix in gugulethu placed me on hold and i was holding for 15 minutes i tried to contact the complaints department and the same thing after speaking to Team leader so does TFG condone a business of selling broken goods and run around with peoples money without assitsing or should i take this with the consumer protector as they do nit care because i have bought the phone with R 2000.00 cash untilk todfay no one has been able to help

can you assit with the refund as i do nt want to do business with TFG ever agin as i have been made fool
