Tfg the fix

Hi how does a company so big do credit checks on my account without my permission and allow somebody to open up an account in my name. 1 don't stay in Durban am in joburg. Can TFG group fix this mess immediately and cancel the ***** made on my account please. Am disappointed 😞.in future can I be called to confirm if am opening the account or not. This thing of opening accounts to get clients is making a loss for u people. I want the debt cancelled I don't even know where Durban is
