TFG takes customers for granted!

I bought an eGift voucher online on 4th April 2022 and it was sent to the person the same day. The recipient tried to use it for two weeks at different TFG stores and wasn't successful. The response was that it's an online voucher and cannot be used at stores. When I contacted TFG head office I was told it could be used in stores or online. on Saturday 17th April, I went to the store and was told the voucher cannot be used. Today 19th April I called TFG office and after 13 calls, I was told that it was used. I get a call 2 hours later to say the voucher was not processed on TFG's side, hence the problem. By this time I had used my card to pay for the purchases and asked TFG to return the cost of the voucher back into my account. TFG says it has a no refund policy on gift vouchers, yet the fault was on their side for two weeks. The voucher was worth R350 and I have already spent over R70k at TFG over the years. I have now decided to close my account with TFG as they no customer skills and take us for granted. TFG, you lost a very good customer because of R350 which was your fault in the first place!
