TFG Sucks

I have extremely negative experiences with TFG due to their ********* and thieving practices that lack accountability. Despite providing my debit details when opening my account, they failed to debit me for two months. After inquiring, they promised to debit, and I made a direct deposit. However, they began charging me fees for late payments, including for emails and SMSes sent to me. This experience has wholly eroded my trust in TFG. I will only make direct deposits and refuse to give them debit access to my account. I absolutely will not pay for their incompetence. The constant back-and-forth communication has been draining, and to add insult to injury, they continue to phone the wrong number despite me informing them of my new contact information.
