TFG stores Finrite insurance is a bad company

I have a tfg @ home account. My claim for the ****** cellphone was approved. Tfg customer care said that I can go to the store and buy a phone that I want, in my case I want to buy a phone with a higher value and pay the difference in price but when I phoned finrite the insurance company that is handling the cellphone insurance policy, they are refusing for me to buy a phone that is higher in price. I want tfg to sort out this nonsense and give me a cash payout so I can buy the phone that I want. It is not the first time I receive bad service from them. If they don't sort this out they can let me know so I can close my account. It doesn't make sense that customers have to be forced to buy phones they don't want
