TFG stole R679.94-R100 paid on time Allocated 12 days late

Account ***. On 25 Aug balance R1129 with R35 due 01 Sep. I paid R100 on 01 Sep 07:52 Capitec C-***3 on time - R65 extra. TFG ticket CS-*** admits payment went to RCS account and needed transfer. TFG allocated my R100 only on 13 Sep - 12 days late! Then charged me R79.92 fees: R20 Collection Letter for being late (their fault), R2.80 SMS, R2.25 Deathins, R2.68 Retrenchins, R0.47 Disabilityins, R32 Service, R19.72 Interest. So R100 payment reduced balance by only R20.08. Today 15 Sep 07:55 AM total is R1141.06 should be R1129 minus R100 minus R567.88 magazine refund = R461.12. Overcharge R679.94. Magazine R567.88 refund promised for September statement - not in transactions 16 Aug-15 Sep. Account LOCKED with R0 available and R45 due 01 Oct despite on-time payment. NCR complaint filed. I demand correction to R461.12 and unlock account and refund.
