TFG stole my phone

my cellphone needed some repairs and i took it back to the shop i had bought from (which in this case it is foschini in Johannesburg cbd, eloff street) it was about 2years ago, since i had received a great service before when i had a problem with my other phone i didn't bother to follow up too much but when i did sometimes they would ask about my cellphone details ( Nokia 2 etc) and they would check tell me that they will send it to the insurance, sometimes i also called the insurance company since i had their numbers and the insurance had not received the phone. Then earlier this year i would call and tell me they will give me a new phone since they lost my phone but not the same value which doesn't make any sense at all , l have been waiting for a 2years for this phone maybe my timeline may be incorrect but i have been patient for way too long, it is my money that has been lost i trusted the shop and now i got ****** by the same people i trusted...... They are not even willing to help me I'm really disappointed with the service TFG sucks
