TFG still failing after 8 months of pain.

So they finally collected the returns parcel. After posting 4 complaints on Hello Peter over 8 months. Only 1 phone call from TFG promising to process the refund

Out of the 3 items in the parcel. Only one item was refunded? But there was one parcel collected, containing 3 items? ***? Still no brains. If the person is processing the refund for 1 item can they not see the other items? Or does it take 29 121 TFG employees to figure out how to fail at a 3 item refund?
