TFG staff incompetency

i app**** for an account early in the year i went to total sport Benoni lakeside mall to have my acc activated all that was done i was able to purchase using the account ,going forward i was only making repayments on the acc so today i decide that i need to use my account and make a purchase online, upon checkout it gives me an error when i called tfg I'm notified that there is a block on the acc what block ??? because i was never notified of it these people have my contact details was such not suppose to be communicated with me as the customer??? and why was i able to make the 1st purchase in the 1st place because apparently the acc is blocked due to a card register that i was suppose to sign instore upon activation once again who's fault is that??no their forensics team is telling me to go to the store to rectify THEIR mistake where is the fairness in all of that? I'm so ****ed right now i need to take out of my busy schedule time to accommodate their incompetency
