TFG (Sportscene) Poor Delivery Company

Placing the order was easy. Getting it delivered to me is a whole different ball game. They dispatched my parcel through Courier It and I received an sms on Tuesday stating that my parcel is on its way to me and I need to make available at my address. It's now 3 days later and I still don't have my parcel. Its shocking that I needed to phone them about 15 times already and I am still no closer to getting whats mine. I have now wasted 3 days of my working week for nothing. I spoke to TFG's customer care and they did ****-all about it. I have never had to deal with such unprofessional behaviar. Wish I can get someone to slap companies like this with fines for extremely poor service delivery.
