TFG SHOULD GET "WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD"!!!
The service I've received from shopping online with TFG is pathetic, to say the least. They made me purchase and pay for an order on the 24 May only to send me an email the next day saying one of the items is unavailable, that already upset me because why are you advertising items if you don't have stock, I then contacted the call center who is completely useless to request the entire order be canceled as I didn't want only half the outfit. After countless calls and patience, I am still awaiting my refund. its been over 2 weeks already and all i get is promises all the time, I am fed up with their **** service, I will never buy anything from TFG online ever again.
