I would actually give these pathetic ******** a 0 rating if it was possible. When these people see that you're almost done paying for your account, they start calling and sending emails so that they charge you R20 per call and per email, they call you and make sure they send you an email to remind you to pay. Even when they see that you have been paying I used to owe them R7000, they never bothered me, few months later, I was only left with R1500, then they started calling me and sending me emails, so that I can owe them more.
