TFG sales harassment - non stop!

constant harassment! i have had a foschini group account for many years. for months i have been constantly harassed by their sales marketers. on some days ill get 12 - 14 calls in a day. i have emailed them. they ask me for the account name and number, which i supp****. its quiet for a few days and then the harassment starts again. sometimes call are in the evening too. if i dont answer it will ring again within seconds. sometimes i just turn my phone off. why should i have to turn MY phone off??

i even went as far as going into my profile and de selecting any communication. the NEXT day the calls started again. i eventually answered and they told me they had seen i have selected not be contacted. so they acknowledge the fact yet call anyway. that was a month ago. i still get anywhere from 5 to 15 calls on any given day

the fact that foschini group treats their clients like this is disgusting!
