TFG ******s money *******ly

The Foschini Group (TFG) has been "******ing" an amount of money *******ly from me. Despite numerous calls (at the expense of my precious airtime - as a pensioner) and assurances that my account has been closed in November 2022, TFG sends SMS and e-mails and notices of being blacklisted that I still owe them R80.00. This is ******ion at the worst !!! Every time , I called they state my account is sorted out. Yet no written confirmation to the effect. I have demanded clear and concise communication and apologies, but still no response. Shame on you TFG !!!!
