TFG rude creditor

On the day my contract ended at work, I paid Sportscene R1200 towards the credit I owed. I was then left with R100 and something. Because I am unemployed, I have been unable to pay the remaining balance, making it to amount to R215. Even though I'd pay installments on other months. The creditors have been understanding. Until today. I got a call from a creditor, who was the most rudest of all. He did not even say his name. He kept on asking me in the most rudest tone when will I pay, why do I keep making arrangements if I can't honour them. I kept on telling him that he can't speak to me like that and how rude he is, he then told me to look up the word rude in the dictionary. I ended up ending the call because I was very appalled. I will pay the remaining balance this month, but please can you intervene. How many customers are going through the same thing, how many customers will pay and close accounts? I'm very disappointed in Sportscene. I know the call is recorded. The number is +***7 and the call was made on the 14th of February 2023 at 08:48.

I will definitely be closing my account after this. I have never been disrespected like this in my life.
