TFG Retirement Services are so ***********!!!
The incompetence of the people working in the TFG Retirement Services dept is so shocking. I am still waiting for them to the simplest thing of cancelling a duplicate tax directive which they requested when they transferred my pension upon my resignation in 2021. I have requested this 4 months ago and to date it has not been done as a result I cannot file my tax return due to this. I have escalated this up to the CEO to no avail. As a result of this, I am accumulating penalties at SARS.
