TFG refusing to close my account

This letter doesn't state that the account is closed hy you guys October month you sent me a letter like this and now it's November and you sending me another letter like this are you going to send me the same letter every month and you refuse to close my account? Ok so I will keep on fighting then will log every month and report it every month to consumer protection act I don't think you believe me CLOSE THE ACCOUNT I WANT NOTHING TO DO WIT YOU NOTHING
