TFG refusing to assist
Good day
I've app**** for your services cash adv. And today is day 5 still no feedback but the guy said 3 to 5 working days still nothing I have been a customer to you guys for many years!! Just. To get this poor service I am very disappointed.

I am not happy with your services I have been a customer with yiu guys for years now. When I spoke to one consultant he told me that the cash advanced amount would be paid for separately and he never mentioned that it would be part of the actual tfg account. I have been paying my account via eft for years just for it to now be changed. I was told that the cash advance gets paid separately from the foshini account. But today your consultant says that it would be debted all together???
Installment amount 3900??? I haven't been using my account for a while now I have paid you guys back 14000 just for you to do this ****. This is uncalled for honestly

I never agreed for my TFG to be debted I have been paying my account via eft for years never missed any payments on my account also been paying more than the normal installment I never agreed anywhere in black and white or telephonically for my foshini account payment to be done via eft. Your consultant said that the debt order would just be for the cash advanced.
Please fix this mess you will be losing a loyal customer if this doesn't get fixed, go look at the account and see that you'll have been getting payments on the regular. Installment and more. I agreed for the debt order on the cash advanced and not on my account if this isn't sorted out I will have to close this account can't have financial institutions to be doing this to me.
