TFG putting debt order on customer account without permission
You guys send me a sms saying you resolved the issue when you'll have not. I did not request for payment on my account to be via debt order. I asked you to fix this *******. As per your consultant the debt order was supposed to be for the cash adv only I have been paying my TFG acc via eft for years now!!!
Matter has not been resolved. If this doesn't get resolved I don't think I will keep this account open!
