TFG poor service and customer care service

I opened a account 2 months ago. Used the account on 2 occasions. Get the the store today to buy on my account again wherby they say i cant use the account. Phoned customer care, the one lady was helpfull then transfered me to ***** and Legal. I explained my reason and wanted to know why account was blocked and she dropped my call with no reason. Why did they not contact me to say that there is a problem and need to go to the nearest store? They have my address They have my phone number and TFG uses whatsapp They have my email address. After standing in queue then to find account blocked and need my ID. Now i Need to go back home to get all this sorted. Not a good experience and very poor customer service.
