TFG Poor *********** service

I am deeply concerned with the level of service provided by this TFG/bash group. From the outset, their incompetence has been glaringly evident. I asked Foschini to change the email address on my account to receive statements which I have not been receiving after the BASH website showed the wrong information. To update the email address, 'I had to verify my identify'. Despite answering all the questions correctly, the agent then advised that I failed the security questions and thus my account has been blocked. Apparently, the only way to unblock my account is to send a bank statement to their Forensics department. Speak about incompetence and idiotic procedures. Why would I continue paying an account if my account is blocked? Get your Forensic people to prove it is my account (seeing that you question whether it is my account and cannot send me statements) then come back to me and tell me it is my account. What is clear the right hand doesn’t seem to know what the left hand is doing, resulting in a disjointed and inefficient handling of my case.

TFG group clearly has a lack of expertise and cannot do the logical right thing!

Yes, TFG a bank statement proves one's identity (that is sarcasm) ... so go ahead and prove that this is my account without one...
