tfg poor service
good day. i had a sportscene account which was handed over to hammond pole attorneys. i have paid my account in full and i have been trying to request a paid up letter with no luck. when i call hammond pole attorneys they say paid up letter have been requested and they are waiting for it from tfg foshini group, when i call tfg foshini group they say i should get the paid up letter from hammond pole attorneys. seems like no one wants to help me. hammond pole have bad service same as tfg foshini group. can any one please help?
