TFG poor customer service
On the 22 of March 2020 I made an online payment, and the item I ordered was available, but on 7th of May 2020 I got a mail that my order was unsuccessful because it is sold out,i respect that, but why don't they refund me. On their website there are ways to pay your account and online shopping but yet they fail to refund me. I just want my money. They don't respond to my emails and they don't answer the phone
