TFG Please help
I have been trying for months now to open an account for Sportscene. I've emailed, whatsapped, went into the store where I was asked again to email documents that I have already emailed and whatsapped. Now when I try to order online there are always issues with the website.We seem to be having a technical problem. Please try again, or call Customer Services on ***or email ***
I do not even want to try emailing or calling as I'm sure there would be no assistance.
I want to open an account and when I do the application (Again) I would at least appreciate the decency of feedback.
I also want to order online so what is the issue there.
