TFG PHONE INSURANCE

My phone got ****** about a month ago. Went through the agonizing process of opening a case with the SAPS. I then took all the required paperwork to TOTALSPORTS EASTGATE to claim through my insurance. A week later and there has been no response from them. I am not happy with their service as such matters should be dealt with urgency.
