TFG Phone Insuarnce is *****-Take can Have my phone/Moneyi won't bother them again.

My phone got ****** about 3 weeks ago. Open the case, Got ITC Number from MTN. Submitted the claim through Markham in Promenade Mall. I am told by call centre that the claim is being processed, Now everytime i call i get different stories, I called gain i am Told i must get second ITC number from the other network provider. I do not mind getting this ITC number but why i am only told now. A phone claim take over 3meeks, I am realy not happy.
