TFG PHONE CONTRACT

I had a phone insurance with TFG which i signed up last year october 2024 Two weeks ago i received a sms stating my phone insurance contract is being cancelled they advised that my account was not debited for two months May/June.

I was not aware and did not receive any communication that state debit did not go through , Which is not my fault you guys did not debit my account.

I called in yesterday i dont remeber the name of the agent i spoke to to debit my account , she said my contract has been cancelled and they is nothing they can do to Reinstatae my contact and i can not even open another contract as well THEY IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO.

Im very dissapointed about the service i received from such a big company like TFG , Worst pathetic service ever.
