TFG - PAYMENT NOT ALLOCATED CORRECTLY AND ISSUE STILL NOT RESOLVED

Pathetic service!!! Still haven't allocated my payment correctly after numerous phone calls and emails and I'm receiving messages for late payment and have been advised that I will be charged a late payment fee which I definitely will not be paying!
