TFG PATHETIC INVESTIGATION/FORENSIC SERVICE

So my card was ****** with an available balance of R311 and went to block the card and there was then an available balance of R16 and i get told from a call centre consultant that there is no transaction in that time and i must handle it with customer care and wanting to pass the buck. I have a case number but they do not want to send the documents or whatever so investigations can be done. Nice how these companies can take your money,remind you when you have outstanding amounts to pay but when the table is turned they are no help. Woollies helped me with a card without identification but on the day of collection i will need it but TFG totally different which is unacceptable and pathetic.
