TFG: Pathetic Business that doesn't give a damn about its customers!

<p>I've been a loyal customer of TFG, I've never skipped a payment, never! I have a Forshini account and I found out, 2 months ago, that someone **********ly opened an Exact account in my name. How the HELL does TFG allow one person to have 2 flippin accounts whereas i can make purchases at Exact using my Forshini card????? I reported this matter to TFG ***** department. I send them all documents they requested and they told me they'll keep in touch, its been 2 MONTHS and they haven't said jack and they've got the nerve to call me every second day to tell me that i must pay them their money, now that throws me off. I've told them a thousand times that I'm not going to pay for that account. I explained to them that someone used my name to open that account, that I've already reported it, and that they should flag the account so that no one else calls me to ask me when am i gon pay them BUT THEY STILL CALL ME wanting me to pay, not to give me feedback on my dispute. I am now resorting to legal actions against this useless business.</p>
