TFG ONLINE TERRIBLE SERVICE

You would think purchasing something online from TFG would be 5 stars. Let me tell you, all I have had is issues upon issues. I placed my first order in which each product arrived separately, which i received one item a day. Now, that isn't a train smash. I then placed another order and I received 1 item out of 4 items placed. The other 3 remain in the clouds and I don't know whats going on there. Then I placed another order, and I received 2 totally different tops than what I ordered.. oh and on top of that they cancelled one of my items because they couldn't find any stock. Trying to get through to Customer Care is just as bad as getting through to Home Affairs. So if you consider purchasing online with TFG just know to expect some sort of dissapointment. You never know if you will receive what you ordered or if you will actually get all your items.
