TFG Online Shopping PATHETIC

I signed up with The Foschini Group Online shopping when i came across a pair of sneakers i really like. Could have easily went to the store but because i work awkward hours i thought it was a perfect move. Weeks went by and there was no sign of my shoes. I kept calling everyday the excuse never changed "sorry for the inconvenience but your shoes are still at the warehouse we don't know why they are not packaged yet, as soon as we know we will let you know". On the 3rd week i actually cried thinking what if they are a ***** and just using the Foschini name to attract people. I am disgusted to say the very least. Please guys stay away from these people if you don't want to get sick of high blood pressure!
