TFG ONLINE PURCHASE *******!!!!!!!!

I made an online purchase order number p***, I made a payment of R4000 using my credit card and the other I used my tfg card, the item was delivered however when checking my online statement to see previous transactions i dont see the R4000 that was made their customer services doesnt help and this is really frustrating and seeing that the money hasnt reflected means I have to pay the balance on the account and also that R4000. TFG customer services is poor
