TFG online poor service

Someone on twitter the other day said “ Pay up that TFG account and close it “ now I understand why because TFG is giving me hell, I bought a phone online for my sis and only to find out my sister bought the exact same phone, instead of collecting it from the store sportscene Thavhani mall I asked them to return it. It’s been a month now I keep on calling the store and the call centre with no help. The amount of the phone still reflects on my account and it seems like no one can help me. I have exhausted my airtime but I refuse to pay for something I didn’t take
