TFG online, Poor & pathetic customer support!!!!
It's been 5 days since I requested a return and I still haven't been helped. Communicated with one of their consultants Rehana Parker who marked my query as resolved even though she didn't help me. Can't say I'm shocked because it's not the first time I've had this experience with their customer service team. The level of service TFG online support gives to customers is pathetic and I regret ever buying anything from them.
