Tfg online orders not processing
I purchased two items from hi online and totalsports
The purchases went off of my tfg account but when I check my orders they are showing as processing instead of processed
I have no avenue to track the orders I called tfg regarding this and it’s still not sorted I want to know when I can expect my orders

26 Nov 2018, 00:49And now this evening I revived some ******* email from tfg stating my orders have been cancelled sorry tfg I will share this will consumer watch I made those purchases well before the Black Friday online traffic the orders for processed and came off my account I further called you to confirm all was well with these orders and I was told yes by your online team now you send mails stating orders cancelled YOU ARE LIABLE TO GIVE ME THE STOCK I PAID FOR FROM TOTALSPORTS AND HI ONLINE
