Tfg online orders are ***********

I purchased something from foschini online and when my order arrived it was something I didn't order. I took it back to the store and the manager at foschini Pavillion was so kind and told me what they had sent me was over R3000 and what I had ordered was just R300. She happily gave me a credit note and told me to send tfg online an email informing them of their mistake. My question is what if I didn't return the product. Verily tfg would have lost out. Please hire competent people and double check items before it is shipped. I order things online because it is convenient for me and it becomes difficult for me to return stuff.
