Tfg online order

So disappointed with Tfg, I placed an order for an item that was in Stock (according to their website), I patiently waited for my order only to get an email telling me that my order was canceled because they were unable to source due to high demand.. I fail to understand, why would they allow me to order something that is not available in their stores in the first place? Their website is *********, . Their adverts are ****, soo disgusting
