TFG Online is a ****! They ***** from customers!

TFG Online is a ****!!! I have 7 reference numbers since January 2020 requesting assistance and to this day Nothing!! I used R1000 e-gift card to pay online which was debited but the site gets stuck there it does not complete the purchase, I then emailed the TFG online team for assistance. They keep telling me that the e-gift card still has funds despite screen shots that I have sent to proving that it has no funds. They took the money and never provided the goods. TFG has ****** from me!!!! They are not willing to help 7 reference numbers later I am still following up!! The voucher was from Virgin active and I chose to use TFG. Virgin active Is such a good brand and should not be associated with a brand that *****s from customers!
