TFG not processing refunds

i am very unhappy with tfg

i cancelled an order on 16 march due to i had secind thoughts about the purchase

ibwas told that the refund would be done to my account latest monday 23 march

i have tried numerous times to get hold of them but you simply get put on hold

look i understand its a very hard time for us all but a big company like tfg should have some type of ethics to attend to a customers queries-

this is what hapoens when you let staff work from home
