TFG not closing my account, while I have paid all the outstanding amount

Hello Peter I had an account with TFG, I paid all amount I was owing, January 2025 and close my account. While I was in the shop, the cashier called TFG customer care to inform them about my decision. The respond was, the account will not be closed immediately, it will be closed on the 12 of February 2025 including cell phone insurance. TFG kept on calling me, I went to the shop (Total sports , Jabulani mall), explain to the cashier all I experienced. The cashier called their offices, so that I can explain. TFG Insure send me an email with Ref. No. CS-***.

Even today, they didn't close my account, they call me every day, saying I am owing +-R300. Please assist
