TFG non service delivery

Since the 5th September, I have been requesting a statement to be sent to me, at thecorrect email address, but to date no statement.

I receive an SMS for payment but no statement.

I would like a statement sent to me as per the emails that I have been sending. Please can TFG wake up and satisfy a customer for once.

No statement by end October no payment!!!
