TFG new application process not reliable as advertised

I've app**** for an account more than 6 months ago which was declined due to insufficient information provided and I was advised to re-apply 6 months. I've re-apply on the 4th of Jan 2025 via WhatsApp and submitted all the required documents even getting confirmation from the BOT that all my documents were received and will get feedback via SMS. I only got an SMS asking for the same docs sent via WhatsApp to which I've resent to the email *** and still no feedback. I've then called and to my surprise another decline due to insufficient information/docs not received. This is by far the worst service I've received from a service provider. I am so disappointed by this service.
