TFG New Account Application - Bad Experience!!!

Opening a TFG account is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, I app**** for the account at a Dial-a-bed store and was asked to send supporting docs via WhatsApp and ever since then when I follow up I keep on being told the application is with forensics with no help whatsoever.
