TFG needs to stop working with MBD
Good day Please be advised that no payment was received on your account and it was closed as prescribed debt. We trust the above is in order.
this was done in may but the loan is still show on my name, i have been trying to get hold of them but i can't, i have been trying to arrange payment with them i cant get through to them.
Tfg needs to stop using this people they are unprofessional.

Please note that the balances are frozen as at the time the debt is SOLD and no payments or transactions (including store payment) can affect this balance.
We are rightfully retaining record of the account in the state it was as at the time it was ceded / sold and is no longer the property of TFG.
We cannot clear the account balance or remove the account from the database. This however does not affect the Bureau records as the responsibility to update the client’s credit record after settlement lies with the collection agency.
Please contact the Collection agency, MBD Legal Collections on *** to make arrangements for payments as there may be agency fees outstanding on your account.
