TFG Most horrible *********** retail group ever!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

I've been trying for 2 weeks to open an account with The Foschini Group, with no sucess. I have never experienced an *********** company like this before. I completed my application online and they sent me a sms to submit bank statemens and my ID which I did. For 4 days after sending my docs, I kept on getting sms's to send the docs, each time i Sent i again. When I phoned to find out what is going on with the application, they said I must contact the Forensics dept which I did. They again asked for the same docs which by that time I submitted 5 times already. Once again I sent it to them also. This moring when I phoned to find out about the progress of the application they informed me that the application was cancelled by myself. How ridiculous??? No wonder our country is in the state it is, it is because of *********** people sitting in positions, getting salaries and does not do their work.

I had to apply from scratch this morning, but everything is just the same again. Today alone I received 2 sms's requesting the docs, which I sent 3 times already, only today. When I phoned now to find out about the application they once again referred me to Forensics. When I contacted forensics, they told me it was not a forensic matter.

I really don't know what to do anymore. It is sad to see such a big retail group with such terrible customer service. I require someone in a senior position to contact me regarding this. This is not acceptable at all, and I will not leave this here.
