TFG Money account

I am fuming right now, I have have an account with TFG that I'm currently in the process of paying, after my second payment my previous payment disappeared, and I just got off the call with customer service right now, one agent transferred me to another one, and that agent answered annoyed, I asked her question and dropped the call when she couldn't answer my one question, which is what happened to my initial payment
